Techniques and Services
Swedish Massage
Employs techniques of effleurage, petrissage, vibration,
friction, and tapotement. The movements can either be
slow and gentle or vigorous and stimulating, depending on
the desired results.
Reflexology
Focuses on reflex points of the hands or feet that are
related to specific glands, organs, and muscles.
Finger and thumb pressure to these points help to restore a
body's natural equilibrium.
Hot Stone Massage
Utilizes heating properties of river stones to enhance the
massage experience. Placed strategically on points of the
body, the hot stones provide a deep relaxation and improved
health.
Trigger Point Therapy
Deep pressure or compression and stretching on trigger
points (knots) is used to reduce pain and improve function.
